does anyone know great Acting and singing schools in charlotte North Carolina that wont break the bank? I have been surfing the web for hours to find acting lessons or a school. i really want to be an actress and singer but don't know where to start. i found this school called John Roberts Powers. I just want to know if it was a good school and how much it will cost. I wouldn't suggest you go to them. As for performing art schools, it's sad to say, but, there is no art school out there that isn't cheap. Or at least any GOOD art school that isn't cheap. Best thing you could do is find private lessons with a trained professional. It'll still be expensive, but not as expensive as an art school. Best of luck to you!
