i plan on relocating to Raleigh or Charlotte NC for my junior and senior year of high school. Not to offend anybody but i heard North Carolina schools were behind and that it would be easy is that true? the schools i were looking at are Millbrook Raleigh Charter William G Enole High Renaissance School Mallard Creek Ardrey Kell high school.....also whats the best neighborhood that's still in the metro area of both Raleigh And North Carolina like what zip code or something

Well U don't think were behind and if you are moving you North carolina I would move to Raleigh and try to get in Millbrook. They just change it from a regular school to a magnet school.
